Services

Our portfolio of services share an overriding common element: value for clients. Early on, the CEO of client company told us, "Always leave a little money on the table. It will come back to you many times over in ways you can never imagine."

He was right. We have, and it has. No matter what the situation, we aim to bill for less value than we deliver. There are times when we can't—responding to demands from opposing counsel, for instance—but delivering value is always at the forefront of what we do and how we do it.

In our limited offering of services, we aim to be "best in class." If we're not superior in a given domain, we don't work there because (a) it's not in the client's best interest and (b) it violates our commitment to delivering value in excess of our cost. This means that we are not a flavor-of-the-month shop. When clients need what we can't do, we refer them to those who can.

From the beginning in 1991, we have put our clients' interests first. They have repaid us with hundreds of opportunities to do interesting work for people we like who have paid us promptly. We are indeed fortunate to have such clients. And we are doubly blessed to live in a country where we can do work in which we believe and for which we have passion.
